At DUVAL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selected pieces are not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original DUVAL packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
